Stress Audits & Stress Relief Training :

A stress audit can be defined as a formal organizational approach to “stress risk assessment”, which identifies the locations, causes and effects of low Productivity due to human mind stress within an organization. It includes career progression, job itself, job role, company structure, interpersonal relationships and the home/work interface. The term ‘stress audit’ does not refer to a certain tool, but to a process.
